Rates
You can count on us for good value for money tailored to your specific needs. Our rates are competitive and because we have a transparent fee structure, we only calculate the number of words to be translated minus the repetition rate. Prices always include the proofreading stage, which is performed as standard.
Our translation rates are based on the number of words in the source document (source language count). The price is determined by various factors, including the size, type and desired deadline of the translation.
Calculation of translation costs
The calculation method within the translation profession is such that the word price and the number of words to be translated, minus the degree of repetition, constitute the final price of the translation. We charge a different rate for each language or language combination. Our prices are transparent, competitive and traceable.
Collaborations with returning clients are usually organised by means of a framework contract. For a turnover starting at €25,000 excluding VAT per annum, we offer an extra discount. We don't charge VAT for companies outside the Netherlands.
With a turnover of up to €25,000 excluding 21% VAT per annum, we also offer an attractive discount on translation costs. We will e-mail you our price list on request so you can estimate the translation costs yourself.
Minimum rate
Regardless of the volume (i.e. the number of words) in the document to be translated, translation orders are always processed the same way. For example, if only a few words are to be translated into different languages, we apply a minimum rate of €55.00 (excl. VAT) per desired language combination.
Delivery time
The average translator translates around 2000 to 2500 words a day, including proofreading. The correction work by a second translator takes place afterwards. The turnaround time depends on the availability of the translator and proofreader as well as the client's preference.
Confidentiality and data security
In addition to translation quality, confidentiality is the most essential part of our business process. We are an ISO 17100-certified company and meet all quality requirements for the provision of translation services, including confidentiality and data security. All translators and fellow translation agencies that we work with must comply with our ISO 17100 quality standards. In addition, all communication processes are encrypted with security certificates. Our websites are equipped with an https protocol (i.e. secure data exchange) and we send our e-mails using an SSL certificate (SSL-encrypted e-mail messages are secure).

In addition to providing quality translations, we are also a proactive translation agency and like to think along with the client. Therefore, we always aim to actively anticipate the translation process. We view the translation process as a team effort between the client, translators, proofreaders and our agency’s employees. We take great pleasure in and are dedicated to coordinating this process, which is also why we work for fun and interesting companies, governments and institutions.
