Translationwork.eu is part of translation service provider Translingua t.t.i. B.V. in Rotterdam, which was founded in 1978. With more than 40 years of translation experience, we can justifiably call ourselves the top professional in the field of translation. We are also a co-founder of the Association of Translation Agencies in the Netherlands (VViN) and a member of the EUATC – European Union Association of Translation Companies.
We have various certificates and quality marks at our disposal, including the ISO 17100:2015 certificate. We were the first translation service provider in Europe to receive this award of the prestigious quality and inspection institute KIWA.

We are a dynamic, quality translation agency and we work ceaselessly to optimize our services, so that we can serve you even better. Our organisation is characterized by rapid translation services, highly competitive rates and the provision of quality translations to a broad target group. Translationwork.eu works exclusively with experienced language and subject specialists (the native-speaker principle). In addition to this, the translations are checked by in-house proofreaders for grammar, idiom, technical jargon and completeness, in accordance with the quality standard for translations issued by the branch association VViN and EUTAC.

Our range of services covers all world languages. We provide businesses and government agencies with translation and interpreting services in any language. In order to meet the high quality standards, all translations are carefully checked by a proofreader for grammatical, stylistic and terminological inaccuracies.

Rates
You can count on us for a good price–quality ratio tailored to your specific needs. Our rates are attractive, and you won't be surprised. In our transparent fee structure, we only calculate the number of words translated minus the repetition rate. All prices always include the standard proofreading round.
The translation rates are based on the number of words counted in the translation (target language count). The price is determined, among other things, by the size, type and desired deadline of the translation.
Confidentiality and secrecy
In addition to translation quality, confidentiality is the most essential part of our business process. We are an ISO 17100-certified company and meet all quality requirements for the provision of translation services, including confidentiality and data security. All translators (m/f) and fellow translation agencies with whom we are in contact must comply with (read: our) ISO 17100 quality standards. In addition, all communication processes are provided with security certificates. Our websites are equipped with an https protocol (read: secure data exchange) and we send e-mails using an SSL certificate (SSL encrypted e-mail messages are secure).
